Return Items Without a Printer
If you don't have access to a printer, follow the instruction on this page.
Note: Once the return procedure is completed, a unique return ID will be issued for the
returned item. If we receive your return without an accurate return ID number or alternative
information, as outlined below, we won't proceed with your return request. Instead,
we'll send the item back to you.
To return items without a printer:
- Instead of sending a return ID number, prepare any of the following:
- A bar code, starting with
sp
:- If you find this bar code on your item, remove the bar code from your item and put
it in your return package.
- If you find this bar code on the package that you received the item in, use that
packaging, without removing the bar code, for return shipping.
- If you find this bar code on your item, remove the bar code from your item and put
it in your return package.
- A memo with a hand-written return ID number. The return ID number is a number on
the bar code that you see on-screen after you submit a return request in Your Orders (e.g., ggqb10049RMA).
- The bar code or the parcel tracking number included on the shipping label on the
package. Remove it from the shipping label and put it into the return package.
- The packing slip (if included).
