I believe that pokemons are akin to gods as they have godlike powers and some of them created the universe, time and space, the cycle of life and death, etc. It's less a religion and more an assessment of their power and almighty nature. Pokemons can get out of their pokeballs anytime if they wanted, they're only letting themselves get caught because they trust the trainer. They can understand our language. They are sentient creatures with a heart and soul and probably have more wisdom than humans as 99% of pokemons are kind. For me it's just obvious to recognize them as such. I don't know if that would make me an "Arceist", but I thank Arceus for his fine work and the perfect harmony he created.
I worship Arceus in terms of saying we're in a second universe made because Arceus wondered what would happen if the world didn't have pokémon except for the ones that allow the world to survive. A lot of legendaries and mythicald are still out there.
Also, I'm sorry my responses aren't as long as yours. I respect how you speak your mind.
We are all crazy. Ever since we read the Book.
