Terms of Service

These public legal documents explain how ZenAI handles access, account activity, and service expectations.

Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern your access to ZenAI websites, accounts, API keys, model routing, payment, quota, administration, and related service features. By registering, signing in, creating an API key, purchasing balance, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use ZenAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree or lack that authority, do not use the service.

Service and upstream providers

ZenAI provides an AI access and management layer that may route requests to third-party model providers, cloud platforms, payment processors, identity providers, and other infrastructure services selected or enabled by the operator.

Third-party models, APIs, regions, pricing, safety filters, rate limits, documentation, and availability are controlled by their providers. Provider changes, outages, model removal, policy enforcement, or price adjustments may affect your use of ZenAI.

Accounts, credentials, and users

You are responsible for all activity under your account, organization, API keys, tokens, invited users, and integrated applications. Keep credentials confidential and notify the service operator promptly if you suspect leakage, unauthorized access, or abuse.

Administrators may configure plans, quotas, groups, model access, billing rules, and user permissions. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, employees, contractors, customers, and downstream integrations comply with these Terms.

Customer content and AI output

You retain the rights you have in prompts, files, messages, code, instructions, and other content submitted through the service. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the output generated for your submitted content.

ZenAI does not claim ownership of your submitted content or generated output. Operational metadata such as model name, token usage, cost, timestamps, account identifiers, request status, and error information may be retained for billing, security, troubleshooting, compliance, and audit purposes.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, publishing it, using it in production, or making decisions that may affect rights, safety, finances, legal obligations, or health.

Acceptable use

You may use ZenAI only for lawful, authorized, and policy-compliant purposes. You must not use the service to generate, distribute, or help create pornography or NSFW content, sexual exploitation, graphic violence or gore, terrorism or extremism, hate or discrimination, harassment or threats, child-unsafe content, self-harm encouragement, scams or phishing, illegal transactions, malware, security bypasses, privacy violations, or doxxing.

You must not use ZenAI to generate deepfakes, impersonation, misleading identities, or unauthorized likenesses, voices, trademarks, copyrighted works, trade secrets, or other infringing content. You must not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, privacy-violating, security-compromising, or rights-harming content.

You must not bypass access controls, evade rate limits, probe or disrupt systems, scrape or bulk extract service behavior, reverse engineer protected components, share unauthorized credentials, or use the service to build, train, distill, benchmark, or improve a competing model or service without written permission.

If you embed ZenAI in your own product, bot, plugin, workflow, website, or customer-facing service, you are responsible for clear user disclosures, content review, complaint handling, downstream compliance, and any use by your end users.

If we reasonably believe there is a violation, abuse, or security risk, we may refuse or filter requests, restrict models or channels, suspend API keys, ban accounts, revoke or zero out violation-related quota, deny refunds, preserve audit evidence, and report to authorities or rights holders where required by law.

Fees, balance, and refunds

Paid features may consume prepaid balance, subscription quota, redemption credits, or other plan entitlements. Usage records, model pricing, plan limits, payment instructions, and account balance shown in the service are the primary basis for billing unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Prices, supported payment methods, exchange or conversion rules, bonus credits, and plan benefits may change prospectively. Taxes, bank fees, blockchain transfer fees, chargeback costs, and other third-party charges are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Consumed usage, expired benefits, promotional credits, bonus credits, losses caused by incorrect payment amount, wrong address or network, policy violations, abuse, or account suspension for breach are generally non-refundable. We may request payment proof, identity verification, and matching recipient information before processing a refund.

Availability, security, and changes

ZenAI may update, maintain, limit, suspend, or remove features to improve reliability, protect security, comply with law or provider policy, manage capacity, respond to incidents, or reflect upstream model and business changes.

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, fixed latency, permanent model availability, error-free output, or compatibility with every client, region, provider, or integration.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, throttle, filter, suspend, or terminate access to accounts, API keys, requests, channels, or features if we reasonably believe there is security risk, unlawful activity, policy breach, payment failure, abnormal usage, credential compromise, provider restriction, or other risk to ZenAI, users, upstream providers, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not erase payment obligations, usage charges, audit records, compliance duties, confidentiality obligations, or provisions that by their nature should survive.

Intellectual property and feedback

Except for the limited rights needed to operate the service, these Terms do not transfer either party's trademarks, code, interfaces, documentation, service design, or other intellectual property.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, ZenAI may use them to improve the service without owing compensation or additional obligations, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality and privacy

Non-public technical, business, account, security, pricing, and customer information disclosed through the service should be treated as confidential and used only for authorized service purposes.

Personal information and service data are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You must have the necessary rights, consents, and notices before submitting personal, confidential, regulated, or third-party data to the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenAI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and output accuracy except where such disclaimers are prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenAI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, business interruption, substitute-service, or third-party provider damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes, notices, and disputes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively after they are posted or otherwise notified, unless a faster change is required for law, security, provider policy, or service integrity.

Service notices may be provided through the website, account console, email, in-product messages, or other reasonable electronic means. Disputes should first be raised with the service operator in good faith; unresolved disputes will be handled under applicable law and by the competent authority or court for the service operator unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
