The game Microsoft is trying to kill? I thought that was Minecraft.

Still waiting on that Mahjong video. You can't just put Mahjong in your name and not play Mahjong.

Weird how lively the game feels even with the lack of animals and just insects.

i just cant believe this is the only voxel game ive ever seen make tree trunks thinner than an entire block
181
very strange red torches in allumeria that i did NOT place
106
Huh, never imagined a false DMCA Could be a win-win, The game gets free advertisement, and the suing company gets their reputation tarnished further!

Ok, that radial building menu thing is really, really nice. What a small but impactful way to help with the eternal inventory problem that plagues voxel games.

Duuuuude yes yes yes, so glad you're playing this. I've been so saddened about the amount of people calling both this and Lucid Blocks "just Minecraft mods" and that the devs don't deserve any money they make because of it. They're so unique and pretty and interesting and I really have respect for them!

I really like how building materials are cheap (rails, bricks) and you can create giant rail systems between floating islands. Combat is also surprisingly fun and has actual target priority strategy

i welcome the allumeria era of mongster with open arms

Sad that you need people to speak up or else big companies just get away with bullying people with the law on their side and M$ will face 0 consequences for fraudulent claim

I like how all the craftlikes use flint tools instead of wood
22
So they DMCA strike this awesome game but not all the mobile Minecraft clones?
215
My only complaint from the demo is that there's no feedback on getting hit. Sometimes it's hard to tell from which side something is shooting at you
50
2:30 Free demo? Absolutely giving this a shot, then. Whenever there's a demo for a game on Steam, I more often than not buy the full game.
36
The dev interview was really wholesome i hope he doesn't overwork himself
8
the special thing about hyping is that you can do it only for small channels and only 3 times a week
29
I spent 7 hours in this demo and didn't even notice
48
You post a 3 hour 16 minute video and you know I'm gonna watch it you menace
24
If someone said this was a minecraft mod I would believe them.
3
Pls play more you are the premier Allumeria content creator and it is really fun, relaxing and nostalgic watching you play through Minecraft and Terraria newly reimagined. 🌠
15
i love how often you bring up maple syrup
52
I love the radial wheel for the blocks, one of my minor gripes with terraria is needing a specific tool for so many things, I mean to place down pots, certain background plants, stalagmites, bones, hives, leaves, requires a specific tool for each one, and on top of that you need a hammer to make blocks into slopes xD
28
audibly said DAAMMNNN when i saw the bird painting
27
so a billion minecraft clones exist and the only interesting one gets threatened?
3
Was just eating my breakfast and suddenly i hear Terraria: Underground and instanty started vibing to it
8
maybe this game will satisfy my terraria and my 3d block game itch in one go
17
I'm watching this on my second monitor whilst working from home, cheers mate

Every time a big company tries to kill something, I feel pressured to turn my attention directly to their target. This looks cool and I'm definitely trying it.

Seeing you break trees with a pickaxe is so painful to me LMAO. It just looks so wrong 😭

I'm super glad that they didn't take the game down, I'm personally a Vintage Story only gamer now, but I'm glad everyone who was excited for this game will still get to enjoy it 😀 Vintage Story ruined me for all other block games, I don't like that super vibrant, oversaturated, cartoony look that most of these games, including Minecraft have to offer, plus Vintage Story just has far more depth then any of the others have to offer.

im pretty sure the salmon thing he was doing was a joke but him not saying murray right hurt my soul
10
Ive actually never seen this game and i really want to see what its all about. So glad it didnt get taken down.
10
The DMCA claim is the best thing that ever happened to this dev

Love to see this game. New terrain is awesome and the world feels so vibrant.

I love the interactivity of the game. The finding of a locked door put you on so many questions and willing to go out and explore. The world has something in it worth playing for and you are not left out in the non-sense. I love the terraria vibes. Sounds like a nice game to come in and chill a bit and focus on exploring and progressing rather than grinding. It has its limits, not sure on the longevity of a game like this, unless constantly updated like Terraria. Here you can craft anything into your inventory. It is even easier than MC. Combat feels a bit boring but you get at least some drops. Forest dungeon and mineshaft felt amazingly fresh. Being an indie game born from such a good guy I support it and hope it will evolve nicely in the future. It has a great starting point already. Between this and Hytale I feel like we are in a gaming renaissance away from corp crap and AI slop. Melon has some very nice ideas. More than MC it is Terraria that has a new competitor I feel. And I love love love the color customization. But I'd rather have a color picker like in photoshop or the sims 3 rather than a little selection of pre-chosed colors. The modularity and connectivity of the building and deco blocks can also be improved. Wish I could make flower crowns! :D Also needs a map/coords and some soundtracks so much. We will get there I believe. So far so nice tho! EDIT: I actually played a few hours, got totally hooked on the cave exploring. I found a forest dungeon and explored a cave system around it with a mineshaft. Hours and hours of non-stop looting. SO MUCH FUN! I even got 11 forest keys from normal mobs and I will now attempt the forest dungeon. I wish there was an early access already. Demo is a bit limited.

Im building my voxel collection, adding this one for sure.

i respect the heck out of the dev, i prolly would’ve given up seeing one the most powerful corporations to ever exist come after me. And i know what he means by “you can be so stressed you swing back around” i call that “the trenches” lol.
Looks like a good middle ground between Minecraft and Hytale! Looks surprisingly polished!

Google also wants to kill this game apparently, youtube never recommended your vids about it to me even once.
