I called adult protective service today.
I said my doctor says I am not capable of making medical decisions.
My caregivers told this to my GI doctor and also told this to my other doctor.
I can't get a colonoscopy because I need a guardian appointment. I don't have anyone to make medical decisions for me.
I found out my health care proxy form can't be followed because I don't have the mental capacity to appointment anyone. It was not even valid.
I can't get medical care because of needing someone to sign for my medical care.
I am being neglected because of this.
My behavior health needs are being neglected because my caregivers can not provide me the support I need.
My social supports are not provided because of my caregivers are not able to be provided.
