I ordered six chairs, and unfortunately there weren’t enough leg parts included. I contacted the seller, and they shipped replacement parts for two chairs the very same day. That was very thoughtful and responsible customer service. I really appreciate it.

    After a horrid experience with chairs from another manufacturer, I wised up and selected these chairs based on the reviews of the customer support/service the manufacturer provided. What a change! My chairs arrived at 3:35 pm and both were completely assembled by 4:20 pm. Note that I'm in my 70s, have poor vision and arthritis in my hands. Couldn't have been easier--great directions, including a message from the company reminding me of a key issue (left leg on top!). They look great with my table and at my desk. Just the right size for my small apartment; they are also sturdy and comfortable.
