I am so sorry that you had someone like that in your life, it really sucks knowing that that’s probably been the case for almost every single one of us in this community. I was also shown shock and gore videos as a “haha funny gag” when I was in middle school and ever since then I’ve just built a cynical view on life and death and rarely ever spare a second thought about the gore and violence that I’ve seen. 🤷🏻♀️
There are just certain things I vow to never do to someone and shoving traumatic shit at them with no warning or consent is at the top of that list. It’s not funny or cool, it’s fucked up and even more so when you do it towards kids just to be an edge lord. ;-;
