The project involved site grading, installation of two underground stormwater retention systems, and construction of outdoor recreational facilities, including two pickleball courts with fencing, two bocce ball courts with wooden bumpers, and a 5-foot-wide asphalt walking trail. Additionally, outdoor workout equipment and site furnishings were installed.
