Ed, please forgive me for asking this, but ever since the Hand of Vecna was added to Magic the Gathering and this came up in a deck brewing discussion I’ve wondered, can the hand of Vecna be attached to a horse to replace a hoof?

In my mind .. i see the hand of Vecna slowly rotating to it's correct position and then raising it's middle finger to the inept owner of the body it is now attached to.

If I were the DM, Vecna would punish the artless placement of his appendage. E.g. If it were the wrong hand It would move across the wearer's body using necromantic magic leaving a hideous scar, leaving a stump and consuming the correct hand.
