1) your website blocks all wayback scrappers (most popular commercial websites do)
2) the Archive blocked this website, because they got a dmca request or because they don't want this content to be archived.
3) asides from the technicalities, do you really want to use the Archive's servers to archive this type of content? If you need it so much, archive it for yourself locally.

And how would I archive a website *locally*? All I know of is saving a PDF of the URL, which won't work for anything with videos.
On an unrelated note, I am having trouble with the IA's new search box: anything I input (with quotation marks, that is) seems to give an error when I press Enter.

Now, i don't know about your particular website, ""404 Not Found" gets often returned, when the website blocks the crawler (you can google it to confirm). The websites started to block Wayback massively only recently (last month or so), so mb some videos are there before that period. Can you see, are there anything archived recently?
Well, to archive "locally": i assume you want videos only (not the webpages themselves), you can use https://savevid.com/ (other tools are mentioned here https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/1m2wq0u/best_pornhub_video_downloader/).
"I am having trouble with the IA's new search box" Give me an example of your search. Does for example this search https://archive.org/search?tab=all&query=%22alice+in+wonderland%22 return error for you?
