Our condolences to all the Solon family for the loss of your beloved Mother. She is now in Eternal life with the Lord and all your loved ones who have gone before you, she rest in the Loving arms of the Lord our God and has unmeasurable happiness, peace and love in Heaven above. May His love surround all of you as you grieve, shedding the tears of sorrow with hurting hearts. All our love, The Cordova Family Judy's Devotional Grieving The grieving process is a mess Think you make progress, then regress For, even after quite some time It seldom moves in a straight line One moment you think you're okay Next one, you cry throughout the day The smallest thing can trip you up Again, you drink grief's bitter cup You speak their name without a thought Before you know it, you're distraught 'Cause realize that their not there And you were speaking to thin air Their memory pops in your head Sometimes brings joy; other times, dread For you know well that memories lead To deep sorrow at lightning speed Yes, grieving has path of its own Some steps you must walk all alone Of course, others can grieve with you But your course, only you pursue Each road of grief is not the same While navigating it's the aim The way you do so; length it takes As personal as each heartbreak The root of what we grieve is loss The price of love comes with grief's cost So, if you've ever loved at all You know that grief one day will call No matter what caused you your grief The greatest source of your relief Is one who also grieved like you And knows what you are going through So, seek the comforting arms of Christ He knows full well love's sacrifice And how worthy is its pursue In spite of what grief causes you For, one day grief will be no more All that you've lost, God will restore And when that glorious day appears All you'll cry then is joyful tears

Carmen was a loving force in the lives of so many. She worked closely with my daddy, who adored her! She introduced our family to Christmas tamales , a tradition we continue to this day! God has welcomed her into heaven, where she is organizing and hosting the best party of the year!!
