You know this is a joke... I just tried for Zürich. Went on the page at 10 o clock with a countdown to 11 showing. All of a sudden my sister tells me that a queue already is in place which I didn't see on the Browser. Went through the queue then the site tells me my browsing activity has been limited. Then I am back in the queue at 2850. So if 2850 people before me purchase the maximum amount of 4 Tickets that means the 2850 people infront of me shoul have bought 11400 Tickets, the capacity of the venue is 15000. And don' t even get me started how you did me dirty at the Chapell Roan sale for Berlin. Can't wait to see Tickets popping up at stubhub or at the Re sale for double or triple the amount of their usual price. This is not ok.

… HEYYYY. I know this is probably so desperate and weird but I fought so hard to get tickets to see Sabrina Monday in Columbus (The closest show to me) for my 8 yr old daughter and I. I wasn’t successful. We were also scammed bad trying to get resale. any way you know how I might get my sweet girl in to see the show? I spent the past week trying to win with my local radio station! What’s a girl to do to see one of her fav artists?

Four weeks after buying four (4) seats for her Chicago show, your dumb ass system claims my purchase was fraud and refunded me the money. Sold out show. No tickets now. Your employees blame your "system" for triggering some violation. How about my other shows? You plan to refund those as well under fraud? Garbage company. As usual.

My 16 year old daughter had her lesson in Ticketmaster’s awfulness with this one. So heartbreaking to see the excitement in her eyes fade to sadness, and then anger. One of life’s lessons, I’m afraid.

Please stop letting people resell tickets for an insane amount of money it takes away from people who actually want to see the artist and second chances no one’s going to buy a ticket for $2000 when it was original $100
