I don't want to encourage people to pursue incest or normalise it, I just think if it happens that some guy and his sister just happen to fall in love it's not necessarily the life ending deal people make it out to be.
But so much of it is just potentially toxic and open to abuse if mixed with the wrong behaviours, like the exhibitionistic open sexuality thing some people have got goping or the weird groups that are trying to coopt incest for political reasons.
It can make good things better and bad things worse. but it can also make good things bad, like instead of being raised in a warm platonically loving mutually suportive family you can create this weird sexual dynamic where everything is poisoned by romantic drama.
