The Manistee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following complaints from June 15-16. All calls may not be reported and it is compiled by assistant editor Arielle Breen.

June 15

• Deputies responded to a false alarm at 12:25 a.m. in Manistee Township.

• A vehicle-deer accident was reported at 5:09 a.m. in Filer Township. 

• A property damage crash was reported at 7:19 a.m. in Filer Township. 

• A neighbor dispute and civil incident were reported at 6:23 p.m. in Dickson Township. Animal control was also called to the incident. 

• Deputies helped a person at 10:40 p.m. in Filer Township.

June 16

• Deputies conducted a well-being check at 5:32 a.m. in Manistee Township. 

• Deputies were called to a report of injured dogs at 8 a.m. in Marilla Township.

• Deputies conducted a well-being check at 9:23 a.m. in Pleasanton Township. 

• Deputies assisted a Grand Traverse County agency at 10:41 p.m. in Pleasanton Township.
