USDCx bridge stuck on Signing

I used yesterday USDCx on Cardano to release USDC on ETH via usdcx.iog.io.
Burn is confirmed onchain more than 2k times but the portal has been stuck on "Signing" for 14 hours and nothing has hit my Eth wallet yet.
Cardano Wallet was Lace to trezor

Has anyone had a withdrawal stuck this long?
Does it clear on its own or do i need support?
