Twenty-thousand years ago, Earth is a wondrous, prehistoric world filled with great danger, not the least of which is the beginning of the Ice Age. To avoid a really bad frostbite, the planet's majestic creatures - and a few small, slothful ones - begin migrating south . The story revolves around sub-zero heroes: a woolly mammoth, a saber-toothed tiger, a sloth and a prehistoric combination of a squirrel and rat that is known as Scrat.
With global warming threatening their once-icy domain with widespread flooding, Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo) and Diego (Denis Leary) set out to find a safe haven. Along the way, another mammoth (Queen Latifah), who thinks she is an opossum, joins the travelers on their perilous quest.
Born of a flower and growing to only a couple of inches tall, poor Thumbelina (Jodi Benson) is worried she'll never meet someone her own size, until she happens to catch the eye of Prince Cornelius of the Fairies (Gary Imhoff). Just as soon as she finds love, however, it's torn away from her when she is kidnapped by Ms. Toad (Charo). Now Thumbelina has to escape Ms. Toad's grasp and search for Prince Cornelius. Luckily, there's a whole city of animals willing to help her.
After being banished from his grim kingdom, Stanley (Dom DeLuise), an amiable troll with a magical talent for growing greenery, ends up in Central Park. Struggling to adapt to his unfamiliar surroundings, Stanley is befriended by young Gus (Phillip Glasser) and his little sister, Rosie (Tawny Sunshine Glover). Soon, however, the evil troll queen, Gnorga (Cloris Leachman), sets out to make Stanley's life miserable, endangering both him and the children.
In this animated tale set in the South Pole, bashful, awkward penguin Hubie (Martin Short) pines for the beautiful Marina (Annie Golden), but the bullying Drake (Tim Curry) also has an eye on her. When Hubie finds an impressive pebble to present to Marina, Drake causes Hubie to get caught in a fishing net and sent off far from his native beach. With the help of his energetic new friend, Rocko (James Belushi), Hubie sets off on a treacherous trip back home to win the heart of his beloved.

In this animated film, Chanticleer (Glen Campbell), a barnyard rooster, has convinced the other animals that his crowing makes the sun rise. When, one day, he forgets to crow and the sun comes up anyway, the secret is out. He heads for the big city in shame. But as massive storms and dark clouds stop the sun from appearing, the farm animals get worried, so a mouse named Peepers (Sandy Duncan) and a kitten called Edmond (Toby Scott Granger) lead the gang on a trip to find Chanticleer in the city.
