Regarding tickets and admission for the live viewing

• The content and performers are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for tickets in such cases.
We will not reissue or refund tickets if you lose your identification after purchasing them, or if the tickets themselves are lost or damaged.
We will not provide any compensation for travel expenses (including cancellation fees) incurred due to the cancellation or postponement of this performance.
Customers using wheelchairs are requested to contact the theater in advance.

Age restrictions (except when accompanied by a guardian)

- Persons under 18 years of age: No entry after 8 PM.

Precautions when watching the live viewing

- Food and drinks from other establishments are not permitted inside the theater or lobby. Please use the theater's concession stand.
Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers (excessive loud noises, constant talking, talking about things unrelated to the work, chatting, etc.). If staff deem your behavior inappropriate, they may speak to you and you may be asked to leave or the event may be interrupted.
Recording, filming, or streaming is strictly prohibited inside the venue. If discovered, the data will be deleted and you will be asked to leave.
You are permitted to take photos and upload the captured still images to various social media and web services. Please be careful not to include other customers in your photos.
