Jackjenningsdev, owner of Chesapeake Studios, and HanamiSoft, is currently being tried by the Canadian Government for possessing child pornography. 

This document will go into detail about Jackson Jennings, his illegal actions, as well as a link to his active court case, in which he goes to trial in 10 days from this investigation's filing date (January 22nd, 2026).

As of writing this, Jackson Jennings has disabled all methods of communications within his server, removing all voice chats and general chats.

III        Investigation

The goal of the investigation is to verify if Jackson Jennings, the same individual being tried for possession of child pornography, as mentioned in Link Gallery A, is the online individual known as jackjenningsdev.

Firstly, to identify jackjenningsdev’s voice and face, refer to Gallery A Material C, a photo sent from his discord account. Additionally, refer to Link Gallery B for a clip of jackjenningsdev’s voice. [Unfortunately, Oceancrest Entertainment has removed jackjenningsdev’s voice clip from The Oath of Office Movie. Fortunately, the affiliated party with Oceancrest has provided the original sound and video clip that was put in the video, shown here.  The related email and discord screenshots about this information exchange can be seen in (oceancrest emails). Link Gallery B also contains an additional youtube video from Jack’s account, which once again confirms his voice.

Now, from his face, Gallery B Material A, Gallery B Material D, and Gallery B Material G are verified to be jackjenningsdev. Due to this grounding evidence, jackjenningsdev will now also be referred to as “Jackson”, and “Jackson Jennings”.

Gallery B Material C’s description links to Gallery B Material D.

Gallery B Material E, and Gallery B Material F are linked to Jackson’s ROBLOX and Discord presence.

Gallery B Material B links to youtube channel Gallery B Material H, which contains videos of a user that shares a past username of Jackson’s roblox account.

Notice: Jackson’s digital footprint is widespread over his original username, Palkiajack. Due to this reason, Link Gallery C has been created to display all of Jackson’s past accounts which share this username.

From this point, the Investigation team took a peculiar interest into Gallery B Material A, the youtube channel known as JackFlys. Jackson, as identified by the profile picture, uploaded airline review videos. The annotations of these videos may be viewed in Gallery F. Through these annotations, the Investigation team verified that Jackson is a dual-citizen of the US and Canada. He frequents around Canada, possibly having himself more established there, as the Investigation team came up with no records of his home, or lack of one. This was verified by boarding pass arrival and departure dates. It is very likely Jackson will delete these videos. We have documented any and all boarding passes, and passport information that was showcased in these videos to safeguard any tampering with existing videos.

The location of the crime, the boarding pass cross-analysis, and Jackson’s sudden retirement of Chesapeake Studios should have been more than enough evidence to close this case. However, at January 12th, 2026, 9:56PM EST, Jackson gave a full verbal confession of his crime and his court date seen in Gallery D. This phone number was given by Jackson, shown here, it is IMPOSSIBLE to separate pedophile Jackson Jennings with online persona jackjenningsdev.

IV        Conclusion

We find that Jackson Jennings, otherwise known as jackjenningsdev, is not fit to hold any type of position within ROBLOX’s community. His very presence on the platform, given his past history and upcoming trial date, endangers every individual on the platform. He shows a substantial risk to communities, especially ROBLOX communities, with minors.

A person holding a high position within the community should hold certain degrees of maturity and self-control. These actions do not follow those of someone in his office.

This document cannot properly convey the severity of his actions as much as it may try, as the evidence given was so incriminating that to protect the safety of various individuals within the community, there are galleries that have to be left out . However, the Investigation group assigned to this case hopes that based on its history of accurately removing pedophiles, nazis, and racists off the platform in its history, that this decision is to be trusted as well.

Jackson Jennings, despite knowing the alleged crimes he has committed, is attempting to shift the narrative as a simple power transfer rather than explaining how he is being tried in the Canadian Courts for possession of Child Pornography. This is why channels have been shut down on ALL Chesapeake related servers.

Given the seriousness of the allegations before Canada’s judiciary, the aforementioned documents, as well as a clear trial date, the evidence allows for immediate action.

We propose the following actions:

• Submission of an official report concerning jackjenningsdev to the Roblox Criminal Records (RCR) for administrative review and action.
• Permanent disassociation of Jackson Jennings from all roles, assets, and operational involvement related to Chesapeake Studios.
• Voluntary or enforced deactivation of the jackjenningsdev ROBLOX account.

xBxOxBx, the new owner of Chesapeake Studios, is alleged to be Jackson Jennings’ father.

This document will go into detail about Bob, his affiliation with Jackson, as well as proof of this affiliation.

This case was ordered under the reasoning that Jackson, through external affiliation with Bob, may still be receiving funding from Jackson and therefore, Jackson may not entirely out of the picture of Chesapeake Studios.

III        Investigation

The goal of the investigation is to verify if Bob Jennings, the affiliated individual with Jackson Jennings, is the online individual known as xBxOxBx, the individual affiliated with jackjenningsdev.

Firstly, to verify if Bob from Link Gallery A and Gallery A is Bob from Gallery B Material A, verified through the description “Jeanette, Bob, and Jack”, the same video is posted on that instagram account. Unfortunately, this account has been made private as of January 16, 11:09 PM EST. Gallery B Material B and Gallery B Material C show screenshots of two peculiar individuals following the solsearchi.ng instagram account: jackjennings.ca, and heybobj.

While it should be evidence enough that instagram user heybobj is the same heybobj who made the announcement mentioned in Gallery E, a former staff has reached out to the Investigation team in Gallery C claiming that Jackson verified that heybobj was in fact his father. However, it should be noted the only credibility this individual has is his status within Chesapeake Studios.

To protect the privacy of another individual who was involved with Jackson, their screenshots will not be disclosed here. However, the individual also claimed that Bob was Jackson’s father.

At the most, with the information above it is highly plausible that Bob Jennings has a close relationship to Jackson, given their joint instagram regarding Bocas del Toro which makes Jackson seem as if he is their child, and identical usernames.

Due to the Chesapeake Studio’s naming structure, in which roblox account xBxOxBx was tied to discord user heybobj, Gallery F ties in ROBLOX user xBxOxBx as a close affiliate to Jack. as it is shown in Gallery F Material A, B, C, and F that Bob, despite having been on the platform for 13 years, is in all Chesapeake affiliated groups, has only Jackson friended, and is in many groups referencing a name Palkiajack, which is jackjenningsdev’s original username. Gallery F Material D and E verify that Bob has Jack followed, and as a follower.

This type of account behavior immediately flags activity of possessing an alternative account. However, based on accounts of the staff team, which cannot be credibly sourced via screenshots, Bob Jennings sounds very different from Jackson Jennings.

Furthermore, in 2:04 of Gallery D, Jackson explains that “we’ve been trying to get this guy to take over for…3-4 months now. The discussion has been ongoing.” The development team, while screenshots cannot be made as chats have shut down, has stated that Jackson has 0 share in the company. However, Jackson states at 2:14 of Gallery D that “it is a reality that, you know, I’ll keep a small portion of the company I created.” These two statements, from official Chesapeake Studio management, seem contradictory but could be true if Jackson is earning revenue from the company through Bob Jennings, who through this document, has been accredited to having a very close relationship to Jackson. This is the only way these statements can be deemed true at the same time. Given Bob Jennings ROBLOX account history, it can be inferred that he does not spend much time on the platform. This leads to speculation where Jackson may be “puppeting” Chesapeake Studios under his alleged father’s identity.

IV        Conclusion

We find that Bob Jennings, otherwise known as xBxOxBx, is not fit to hold the ownership position of Chesapeake Studios within the group. Him being the owner provides Jackson a direct link to the company, making it very plausible that Bob Jennings could be used as a “host” for Jackson to continue to operate the company in his shadow. Given this shadowing possibility, He shows a possible risk to Chesapeake Studios, who will be under the father of the individual who is currently being tried by the Canadian Government for possessing child pornography.

The Investigation group assigned to this case hopes that based on its history of accurately removing pedophiles, nazis, and racists off the platform in its history, that this decision is to be trusted as well.

Bob Jennings, despite having a direct relationship to Jackson Jennings, is being granted the position of owner of Chesapeake Studios. This is not a transfer of power, this is the same power being controlled through a “puppet”, given Bob’s history of inactivity. To prevent questioning of this power shift by the community, channels have been shut down on ALL Chesapeake related servers.

We propose the following actions:

• Permanent disassociation of Bob Jennings from all roles, assets, and operational involvement related to Chesapeake Studios.
