I help adults move through trauma, anxiety, and major life changes with clarity and calm. My work blends traditional talk therapy along with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—evidence-based approaches that can quickly reduce distress from painful memories, intrusive thoughts, and emotional overwhelm.
Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons of transition: empty nest, retirement shifts, caregiving burnout, or rediscovering identity after religious or family trauma. Together, we’ll create a space where you can release old patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that truly fits who you are now.
