One thing that has helped me a lot is realizing that I don’t have to take responsibility for someone else’s mood ✨ If someone is having a bad day, it doesn’t mean I need to have one too 😌 This works for IRL and online. You can be compassionate without carrying it. You can offer support without letting their projections become yours! Sometimes the best thing we can do is protect our own light and share a little of it with others ☀️
