Iran called off a large scale missile strike against Israel shortly before signing the peace deal, according to JD Vance.
Vance: "After the Israelis struck Beirut, we saw a lot of evidence the Iranians were going to launch a large number of missiles at the Israelis.
With our communication with them...they assured us they were NOT going to respond to the Israelis. They were going to sign the agreement, and get to peace."
