Announcement flyer for “Guerrilla Afternoon Tea,” an informal outdoor tea party organized by Haru Nemuri on Sunday April 19, approximately 1pm–4pm at the National Diet Building Front Garden (North Garden, tentative). No invitation or dress code required. Tables, chairs, tea sets, and snacks provided in limited quantities; bring-your-own welcome. The event coincides with the April 19 rally in front of the National Diet Building but is organized independently by Haru Nemuri as part of a song production project. Video will be recorded; notify organizers if you wish not to appear. Discriminatory or harmful behavior will result in removal. Cancelled in rain or strong wind. 春ねむりによる「Guerrilla Afternoon Tea」の告知フライヤー。4月19日（日）午後1時〜4時ごろ、国会前庭（北庭）予定。招待状もドレスコードも不要。机・椅子・茶器・お菓子は数量限定で用意、持ち寄り歓迎。本お茶会は国会正門前大行動0419と同時開催だが春ねむり個人主催。楽曲制作の一部として記録映像を撮影予定（映りたくない方は事前申告を）。差別的・加害的な行動は参加お断り。雨天・強風時中止。
