So sad to hear. I’ve spent my entire life loving Ruth Wilson. From the moment I met her as a young child, to this very day, her kindness, patience, helped guide me through tough times.

I remember when we would play with the cardboard blocks and build forts and wreck the classroom. Mrs. Wilson used to get on the piano and with native American beat tapping her toes she would sing “clean up time“ while playing the piano while we put everything away.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one woman be able to control 20 hyperactive kids. Ruth is loved and will be missed by thousands and thousands of people that she touched over the years with her kindness, compassion, beauty, and calm demeanor while bedlam unfolded before her eyes daily !

RIP Mrs Wilson. You will never be forgotten and you will always be loved

 

She was an amazing human and educator. What an incredible legacy she leaves behind. Truly one of a kind. Such an honor to know her. I enjoyed our visits when I come up to CT. We will miss you Mrs. Wilson. 108 is very well lived life. You deserve to fly with the angels now.

My FAVORITE Teacher of all my school years, such a kind hearted, warm, who Loved teaching, she was a diamond in the ruff. My memories of Mrs. Wilson will always be of kindness, caring and loving all her students throughout the years. RIP and my condolences to the family during this very emotional time. I had the pleasure of knowing her a not just a teacher but a wonderful lady, my Mom and her because very good friends too. I loved going to her house she had a beautiful home and I will never forget that .
