Night guard security for a small property. You need to interact with people almost never. Or long haul trucking if you're okay with long hours. Ideally, a work from home job though. I had a data entry job where I only needed to send my boss one e-mail at the end of the day. Never had to talk to them after I got hired originally. Was really easy and paid ok.
