Though it's been talked to death, I don't mind educating you a little. Simply put, The Stones don't own any of the ABKCO stuff. It belongs to the Allen Klein family. If they try to use it. There will be a lawsuit for sure.

Saw the Target vinyl edition for $32.99. With tax comes to $35+ I put it back on the shelf. Can't do it.

Ah, good point! Next time I'm in JB-HiFi I'll have a look for that one. Double thumbs up for you.

I would try to find Jump Back used so you can avoid the 2009 remaster version. You can find Jump Back on Discogs for cheap.

It may be justified more than $89.99 in WA depending on the current fuel cycle upon purchase?

Damn. I'm jealous as hell of that find. Jump Back is arguably the best latter-day Stones comp on the market. I didn't even know that existed on vinyl. How much did it set you back, if you don't mind me asking?

The problem with Jump Back is quite a few of the songs are edited.

? It was released in 1984.

At the time I was most interested in the lyric sleeve, a Stones first in the US.

Eh, depends on the edit. Most Stones edits don't really bother me. In fact, the only one that's really a deal-breaker for me is the single edit of "You Can't Always Get What You Want," which is kind of absurd. Most songs just trim a bit here and there. I own the CD of Jump Back, and I like it. Are the edits different on the vinyl?

I'm not sure as I don't collect vinyl now. It takes up too much room and I have limited space.

The following songs are edited. All of these used the same edits which appeared on Sucking In The Seventies.

    Fool To Cry
    Hot Stuff
    Beast Of Burden

In addition, these tracks are the shorter single versions instead of the album versions.

    Mixed Emotions
    Rock And A Hard Place

A good track selection and well worth picking up, especially the 93' UK vinyl collectibility aside.

Only $12.99 in VG+ condition, I didn’t know it existed either. Shout out to Atomic Records in Burbank!

Hmm, my copy IS the 2009 remaster but it sounds fine to my slightly tinnitussed ears.
