Register: Trial Wayfinding Walkthrough for Service Disruptions

LTA is gathering commuters' feedback on our enhanced wayfinding for train service disruptions. Your feedback will help shape the future of wayfinding design, ensuring they are user-friendly and intuitive. We invite you to participate in an estimated 2-hour session between 1 to 5 June 2026.

Participants will take part in a guided walkthrough of the enhanced disruption signage being trialed at Serangoon station. By completing this form, you agree to participate in the study and consent to us contacting you regarding this study. If you are selected, we will contact you by 25 April 2026 with further details.
