Proof of Your Non-dual Nature
A direct investigation on what ‘non-dual’ really looks like
The word ‘non-duality’ is becoming increasingly popular, with teachings, insights, and quotes widely shared on social media.
Let’s take a practical look at what ‘non-dual’ really means by directly investigating what we can observe, without relying on philosophies, beliefs, teachings, concepts, or ideas.
The most helpful approach is to be like a scientist, examining our direct experience with surgical precision rather than getting lost in teachings or concepts.
Non-duality refers to the understanding that reality is not fundamentally divided but is an interconnected, unified whole.
It points to the insight that dualistic perceptions such as the separation between “self” and “world” or “subject” and “object” are not ultimately true but rather illusions. From a non-dual perspective, everything is an expression of a single, underlying awareness or reality often expressed as “not two.”

The present moment — the ‘Now’ — is always our direct experience.
There is never something that is ‘not’ Now.
