in the 15 April 2020 waybackmachine snapshot of his xitter @Zenpai4 (the one he used for the most time, it seems), there's links to two patreons. one is under his usual alias (zenpei), and the other is ardentart.
given the artstyle, it's absolutely him. from there, we can find a tumblr, which is also certainly his: @ardentart
he has several posts that may be of interest.
he mentions illustrating a children's book named 'Jose and the Dragon', unfortunately i couldn't find many relevant results by searching for the title
