1. Why was a traffic stop made for running a stop sign when the dash cam clearly shows the vehicle stopped. 2. What was the RAS or PC to detain the group for hours to search them and their belongings. 3. When executing the bogus search warrant, why were all on scene arrested when there was no evidence of any crime. 4. Why was the mobile phone forcefully obtained, no warrant and no crime. 5. Why have the police not investigated the other party for theft when presented with evidence. There's plenty more but let's start there

My favorite part is the body cam footage you showed in the actual youtube clip is the EXACT same body cam footage that Ben already provided in his.

This is your department’s defense? Lawyers are practically drooling over how clearly Ben’s (and his friends’) rights were violated on your body cams. You also got caught red-handed lying about the audio you edited, as another officer’s recording exposed what you tried to cut out. I’m sick of crooked cops. Thankfully, this case is getting a lot of attention, which means there’s a good chance you won’t be able to hide from a proper investigation into the laws you broke and the rights you trampled on.

Every time the body cam footage contradicts the actual events, this spokesperson falls back on what was written in the officer's report. He keeps repeating those claims to distort the story and make Ben look worse — even though the evidence clearly shows otherwise.

A chief trying to cover up for his department, imagine that. Talking in a Sacrament meeting voice, does not validate what you are trying to do. The K9 alerted to the car because the handler directed the dog to do so. That's why the police did the walk of shame when No Drugs Were Found. Your officers were unprofessional and constantly fishing for a reason to arrest. Their biased attitudes and actions were clear. Interesting that in the middle of this a detective from your department who made an unlawful traffic stop last week called the man to apologize. Didn't believe that one either.
