One advice from my experience.

Backgroud: I did not have a high education as you, I only have a bachelor in enginnering. Although I am not very skilled in a specific area, I can do any job about IT, semi-conducter.

Japanese is necessary If you want to enter a Japanese company. You do not need to speak like as a native, but you have make sure you can express you opinion clearly. In addtion, You have to have the ability to read the Japanese, since all rules and documents were written by Japanese.

The interviewers do not really care about you certification about Japanese, but having this will open more doors. At least N2, me have N1.

Since your major has something to do with the high tech, to be specific, a very narrow domain, did you try some international companies already. Like the TSMC. Sorry, I did not much about this company. Just give you some information based on my situation.

冒昧问一句Lv11到lv25是店里的什么等级之类的吗,另外这个有什么用。op兼职与人接触还挺多的,我兼了7个月都没有像你这样保持着密切的联系,当然一个是内向,另外就是同僚全是日本人。

It doesn't matter, find a group in the place where you are living. This group can be all foreigners or mixed with Japanese, if you are going to Tokyo, I can introduce you to the group I had entered in, they are very helpful, you can share your stress,  the things you are worried about, everyone will share the information they had  or do something to help you. In addition, most of the people in this group are bilingual even trilingual. I myself can speak 3 languages, if you need help, you can dm me.

I guess that it because sales man or woman will use different Japanese to communicate with others, you can talk with you Japanese friends without problem does not mean you can do business with other companys. The type of words and way of speaking are different when you use 敬語 and 謙譲語.

Congratulation! Passed N1 for learning about 2 years 8 months, It was not a high score I originally expected. Since I did not even take a watch into the exam room, I did the exam as fast as I can, only did I know there were about 20 minutes left after I finished all the answers. I think maybe I can get 20-25 more scores if I slow down the answering speed. Nevertheless, it's lucky I passed the exam.

I would consider that this is really about the culture and the way of thinking. I am from the country where people use kanji in their daily life, although I did not learn those words systemly in Japanese, but I kind of knowing not only the meaning, but also what the pronuncations they are. Maybe learning the Japanese without thinking in your native langauge at all will help. I dont know, I just immerse as possible as I can to learn the language, not just to recite the vocabularies.

By the way, JLPT N1 is not the end of learning japanese, instead, it's the start of learning japanese.

If you from the country where the people use kanji in their daily life already, I can confirm you that 1 year is too enough(you still need to put effort into learning the language like 4-5 hours or more everyday.). Otherwise, I would be skeptical.

Good information, for those who chose the wrong school will end up learning nothing on how to use this language properly. Although I passed the N2, was assigned to study with the people who only have the level of N4 or N3, you would not expect to have a smooth conversation with those people. And the teacher did not care. Most of the time you just waste your time to wait others to answer the simple question. Please choose your school serioursly.

I passed the JLPT exam(I mean, there are other exams also have the qualification. Eg:j-test..) to meet the condition for my dream to come true.Just check the requirements before you request.Wish you luck.

I passed N2, however, I will go to language school. It completely depends on yourself.Knowledge from the books do not represent anything, living in japan and experience it are more important.

Well, It depends on yourself, in my case, I would like to say I will spend every second of my free time when I prepare the test(about 2-3 month before the test),2-4 hour is normal, the more you read, the faster you are, this helps you into a status that you are sensitive to Japanese. Even if you passed the exam, you do not give up the habit of reading(of course, listening too), such as NHK news, just find out what passages you like or you can get in hand. Frankly, I am still a novice, I do not know the way to master a language fast and I do not have a gift of learning languages, what I can do is to try my best and make efforts to achieve my goals.

In my opinion, maybe you do not have too much reading(read with understanding, not just read to end)?I passed N2 in July too, I can read and undersatnd most of the passages I have seen, although there are still many words I do not really comprehend, I will find out the meaning of the vocabulary whenever I see it. May this help you. Understanding based on enormous reading.

I'd like to say that this is about N2 to N1 level, it's not that difficult, most importly is that it's not abstact, I think you may understant what I say. If you feel difficult, don't feel upset, it's only because you are short on the vocabulary, just remember and understanding.

what a significant work you have done! I just cannot image how much time you have devoted in this doc. I think it would be very helpful for those who have already finished their textbooks and time to organize their chaos of memory with such an arranged document. Thank you for your hardwork.

If you want to pass the exam, just do as many mock test as you can(On the basis of you have already remembered many words to some extent, otherwise this is not work). As for listening, while I am still a novice in japanese learning, I recommend you use the official test audios, listen again and again until you can listen every word clearly, this would be a nice idea based on how I have improved my English listening skill and I still use this method to practice my Japanese skill. Don't forget read out loud. (if you still cannot understand or recognise what words you are listeing, you must find out whether this word is new to you or other reasons.)

Good luck! Guys. in addtion, I have appied the jlpt N2 in july as welll.

God, I will take part in the N2 exam in July. However, I do not even have a N5 certification. In addtion, I just learn Japanese for one year. How dare am I? For now, I just try my best to remember words, and DO mock test everyday, I will give it a try whether I can pass it or not. (The quantity of participants is not that enough, so I choose the N2 hasty). Hope you can do better than me!

I have no choice but to learn it deadly.Because I have submited the request and paid the fee to attend the exam in july(It's N2). I have self-learned one year, and as a beginner, I also waste too much time on learning this language effectively. Everyday I must go on this work even if I don't understant the passage that has too much unfamily words. Of course, you need to find out the meaning of each sentence and every word you meet after you finishing your reading, otherwise you will not get process. I believe the more I read, the eaiser the later.(Last time I do this is for my english, read the IELTS books from 1 to 18 to get comprehession. Luckily, I feel comfortable to read other essays or listen the audio whatever it is.)

Recently, I feel like I could touch the door of this language, because sometimes I pick up the writting rapidly. it sounds like those sentence shoud be written in this way originally, and I understand it without heisitation. All in all, I am bad at the sentence that mixed up the kanji with hiragana(it can be written in kanji, but hiragana here). if all of the passage is kanji, I think I could do it better.

Saying too much without answering your question, I just try every minute to learn and review.

I feel like that I can understand more or less any passages or text that I can find. The less katakana, the better(I must admit that I am not familiar with it). However, how to increase my vocabulary quickly is still a problem for me, I think it's impossible. The anki card I used is not match the textbooks or the text what I have been learning now. I just recite the N5-N1 vocabulary.

Anyway,I will find my way out to pass the JLPT. Because I have the reason that I must finish.

I can tell you, I am same with you. Well, I can know what the passage tells us without speaking in my mind, just looking. On the other hand, I mean, I cannot understand too much if you read it to me(without looking).Furthermore,I can recall the pronunciation of the word(kanji) when I see it, but I don't know how to write whthin listening(kanji). So I decide to remember the vocabulary without seeing everytime from now, I mark it as the word that I don't remember if I cannot recall how to write.

What's more, you will find out that all most all chinese afraid of using some kanji and create some abstract words to express their feeling even though those words do not have any offensive meaning if you are in the LAN of china. Too many things I can tell you.

No.

First, they will annouce to the public that there is not such thing, don't desseminate the rumor or you will be in sentence.

Second, any discussions about the problem will be banned from the network, for people who hold enormours people in a group or have influence to society to some extent concern about this problem, in this case , they may be invited to the police office to "drink a cup of tee".

I'd like to say all the intelligence of the goverment aim to cheat people and control them, not to face and solve problems. Too much methods they can make effect, even though primary school students can see through its a hoax. All in all, you mouth will be sealed when you have headache or stomachache or...

You know, I have known thousands of kanji, maybe 2 or 3 thousands, (for a normal chinese), however, it isn't that easy to pass N1. You can find some mock tests to see what extent you can do.
