So, I wasn't expecting to find this out, but turns out the lady in the avatar for Kate Whitmore, EDP's "lawyer" on Twitter, is a real person who's face is being used without her knowledge. Her name is Kelly O'Keefe, and she is a lawyer from Tallahassee, Florida, not Nevada. As you can see on this website, the picture of Kelly clearly matches the avatar of Kate Whitmore.
I'm not sure what the law is surrounding using a real lawyer's face to pretend to be a lawyer yourself, but I have to imagine that EDP might be in serious trouble if it is revealed that he operated the Kate Whitmore account.
Reason why the first sting operation couldn't be used was because it fell under entrapment laws so the entire case had to be thrown out the window.
The second catch with JiDion had the cop tell him and Skeeter to not make fun of EDP or to really engage with him and they did it anyway. I'm not entirely sure why that case got thrown away as it involved a legit minor but you can argue if it did go through JiDion would be EDP's cell mate for endangering a minor.
If the Mike Clum docu actually drops EDP can most probably be arrested since he'll be confessing on camera in a well shot video series that he wanted to do foul things with minors and actually sent disgusting shit to Kayla while knowing she was underage.
This being public would be enough for the police to finally press charges on him.
That said the Mike Clum doc is never dropping so EDP will never go to prison but if by some miracle it does expect EDP to get the men in blue knocking on his door.
I've seen a lot of incorrect estimates by people that don't take dialysis visits into account.
EDP came out with his diagnosis 2 years ago, people who take dialysis therapy with kidney failure can live up to 10 years.
EDP still eats incredibly unhealthily so he probably won't be around for 8 more years, however I genuinely don't think he'll be gone in under a year either.
My safest estimate is that EDP is gonna live for another 6 more years, 2 years short of 8 because EDP eats absolutely horrendously. That said don't be shocked if he lives for 8 more years instead as modern medicine is a miracle.

Long time since any update, wouldn't surprise me at all if this was scrapped. Would be sad if so as I wanted to see it. But 4 years of waiting for an EDP doc like its GTA 6 is wild.
I live in Bakersfield and I live close to the gun store EDP would visit when he lived in Bakersfield. One time I walked into that gun store with my father, and I saw him there shooting guns with a bunch of other guys. He sat down and was on his phone for a while so I walked up to him and asked for a picture and he sets his phone down. This was two months before he got exposed and I reflect on that moment and wonder if he was talking to what he thought was a little girl when I came up to him to ask for a picture. Still creeps me out to this day and I still have the picture somewhere.

I know it's not just me, but I saw a video on tiktok presumably by edp445 himself. The name checks out, and the video was EDP talking about something that I don't remember anymore. I thought that it might just be a fake account made by someone for fun, but the video suddenly got taken down and was nowhere to be found, which makes me think that it genuinely might be him.

It’s very hard for me to believe that he actually thought that he’d be vindicated and convince people that he was actually innocent. The emails are clearly faked, he came out with this accusation 2 years after the sting operation, and it doesn’t even address the fact that they had chat logs from real conversations that he thought he was having with a minor. Was he really that stupid that he thought that this was going to be some huge bombshell that would get him his following back?
