Why didn't the cop arrest this man for trying to buy drugs? Like for real. We have a criminal emergency in America that stems from drugs, people trying to fit in, and mental health issues that all tie together. If we are serious about cutting crime, we need to take such issues seriously. Lock this due up for being under the influence and get this man proper treatment so he can be a function member of society.
