This app is horrible! Our family started using it about a year ago for a local pizza place NonnoCarms in Carol Stream, IL. It worked properly in the beginning, then the last four times it became a beast! They offer coupons, you choose them, and they do appear in the cart, BUT, when you go to checkout, be aware it vanishes! We then call Slice or chat, and they minimize the problem, and then they have to apply it. If we are using an App, we do not care to be calling them each time to enable coupons offered BY them! That takes away any convenience of using an App, duh. **And, we have updated the App too, which has fixed nothing. The customer service doesn’t comprehend the problem, or simply doesn’t care all that much. We have to keep repeating ourselves and it is beyond annoying! We have talked to the pizza place with our complaints, and asked them to drop this incompetent company, and find a better one. We have checked their review score in the past year, and it has plummeted greatly to only a 1.9 on the BBB page too. They promised to fix the technical problem and never do. So, customers beware and if you try this one, verify your order details carefully before clicking the Order button!
You can have the vet order the transdermal Gaba, we got that because the liquid is beyond nasty tasting! I taste every med our cats are given, and wow was I shocked at how bad it is, it tastes like acid. We use these forms of meds for the same kitty, and they work fine, less stress for you and them, and who wants to pill a cat recovering from surgery. This is a cream or gel comes in a pen you click/turn and the exact dose comes out, you rub the soft end of the pen onto the inner upper ear flap away from any fur. He is much happier not being stressed tasting the liquid one.
We have just had our kittys rear leg removed, and have our boy in a play pen to keep him confined for healing. We crawl inside and lay by him, talk and pet him. We are their family, and our words and touch and helps them heal much more. They need this from us, and you won’t hurt him, just be careful holding him. Our vet said we can hold our Lyle and we have after four days.
Has anyone learned more about the Elderly Abuse agency that came to Nancy’s house and left their card in her door? This was report s early on, it was either that Saturday she was having dinner with Annie and family, or the Sunday. Pretty sure it was on Saturday. That was never explained, so if anyone knows more? I found that odd.
I’ve watched and read a lot on this topic because our kitty had his leg amputated and needs this awful bitter tasting medicine for two weeks. A vital point is for us to be calm, gentle and let them feel it’s a good thing, and reward with treats or a slurry. Our surgeon said we can mix with tuna juice or slurry alternating with the med squirts. I tasted it because I taste all meds we give to our cats. It was beyond HORRID! I only tasted a teeny dot and could t stand it, tastes like acid! No wonder cats hate it and they small it too. We got the transdermal cream fro a compounding pharmacy, a tiny dot rubbed into the upper inner ear flap is all that’s needed. It has been a lifesaver for us with his thyroid medicine too. Forget the pilling and liquid squirting stressing them out so much!
We have found using the ‘ transdermal’ topical cream works just as well, we also chose this form for our kittys thyroid medicine too. The less stressing them and ourselves out pilling and mouth attention the better for everyone. You find a compounding pharmacy who can make Gaba and it’s a small dab rubbed into their inner top ear flap. A life saver!
You nailed it! Many see it clearly too, just not on this platform or too weak to state the truth. When you scan the gallery, there are maybe one quarter blacks there, so, NO way are they by chance being picked as contestants 50-70% of the time! We know better, and PIR needs to stop catering because of race or perversion.
Customers shouldn’t be putting up with this crap in any restaurant! They should have walked up to the counter, asked for a manager and tell them to take a look fifteen feet from their working counter areas! And have this woman leave with her unleashed and uncontrolled dog. Why are people so passive with things that are wrong or unacceptable?
We had two girl cats who just loved rubbing against black olive pits as I held them. They would also eat a few pieces, after rubbing their cheeks on them too. They reacted as if they were like catnip. None of our boy cats have reacted this way, only the girl cats too. This is just one of many reasons why our family adore cats, and we will always have multiple kitties in our home. ❤️
I have lived with Fibro for over 30 years now, in the beginning, I could do air more than I do now, and the pain and chronic fatigue was not as severe either. I believe from my experience and all I’ve read for thirty years, it progresses to move into the ‘severe fibromyalgia’ category, which is where my doctor says I am in now. I think when we see people not being affected too much, they are usually younger and recently diagnosed, or living with it for a few years, not twenty or thirty.
I say anyone who is in your ‘family’ would not demean your condition/autoimmune disorder to themselves OR your husband behind your back! How many years has this been going on?? And, your husband, who should by default be your number one protector and defender, should not be allowing them to say anything negative about his wife either. He should tell them, “enough, and “to stop disrespecting my wife” This is not what a loving family does or acts towards another family member. Everyone can easily Google Fibromyalgia in a minute to look it up themselves IF they truly cared. Remove toxic people out of your life, and have a talk with your husband about ‘shouldering’ these nasty comments about you.. I would tell mine to stand up for you, as you are a married couple and considered by God as ONE unit/union. How main responsibility is to YOU not the annoying ones. This type of stress only makes us worse and can cause more flares too. I hope you and your husband can set strong boundaries, if you want any relationship with these people— They need to stop their negative chatter, or they will be seeing much less, or no more of your company. Take care of yourself and stand strong!
Any severe changes like that weight loss needs a vet! They will run labwork to check his organs and see if anything is going on. Also, if his teeth are needing a cleaning, get it done soon, cats naturally hide any pain they endure, and when we have had some of ours having some pulled that were abcessed the vet said they are in very deep pain. You can check around for another vet, $1500 to just pull two teeth seems very high to me. Even with a cleaning which is necessary, we’ve never paid that much, with extractions too. Check other cat people in your area on Nextdoor Neighbor, they have referrals that can help us.
The thing is the dermatologist said when he drained it, there was no sac inside, and this was unusual. And mine was a yellowish liquid, not the gross toothpaste type stuff I’ve seen in videos. I may get a second opinion from another dermatologist, because it seems like mine is not the classic type, although I have read of a few who had the same exact type Pilar cyst and it was drained, had NO sac inside and healed without an issue. Why would I need to see a vascular surgeon if it returned is the main question, I will ask and get answers when I reschedule the appointment or talk by phone soon.
Sorry, Trump isn’t a sicko like corrupt Joe! He is very nice and loving towards children!
Where have any of you been to care and expose Biden as he was seen on live video in NUMEROUS fondling, kissing heads and ears, sniffing heads and ears, invading little girls private spaces, and the worst is him pinching a little girls nipple right on the stage too. Why don’t the Democrats care about little girls being bothered by this person?
I’ll see if anyone here cares to acknowledge these many sickening displays… tick tock
We’ve had many cats on our family, and some are very bonded to and with us! She wants to be where you are, and isn’t afraid of water as some cats can be. Some kitties are ‘water cats’ who like playing in and with water too. Enjoy her sweet personality and cats cannot be conceited, they are animals who do not have human mindsets. Cats are very intelligent and special companions. They aren’t with us for that long, time passes quickly, we have lot three of our beloved cats in the past three years.. So, value and enjoy your pretty kitty and her being with you as you take showers.
Rubbing some catnip in various places in the post will draw her to it. Cats by nature will know how to stretch and scratch. They actually NEED to stretch their front limbs and scratch, it keeps them limber and ligaments healthy. And, it’s why homes without scratching posts may have their furniture used instead. They don’t do it to be mean, it’s natural.. You can also dangle some cat toys on a stick around the post and bait her to play and use it too. She is a very pretty girl..🥰
It takes time for our kitties to adjust to a new addition. Kittens are very easy to assimilate with adult cats. The adults will teach the baby the rules of the home. Just make sure the adults don’t get too rough, they usually are just fine, but, they also need to play nice. It will all be fine in a short time! We’ve adopted a litter of three kittens and added them to our three adult kitties. They blended in a short time! 😉❤️
Do you have any input about a sac not existing when we have a pilar cyst drained? This seems to be very unusual according to my dermatologist. Mine is refilling after two weeks of healing from the procedure. I am told to put a warm compress on it twice a day for a month until I go back for another recheck. I am not happy with it at all.
Hi, you seem to be the only person I have found who had the same Pilar cyst drained, and it did not have a sac.. The dermatologist said there wasn’t a sac, and it was ‘unusual’ I have been searching a lot to find more answers to why some are simply fluid filled and do not have a sac? I hope you can share what you have learned too! Thanks! 🙂
Cats can get fatty liver of not eating for even two days! And of course, dehydrated if not drinking water. A good vet would check for dehydration by lifting a portion of their skin to see how fast or slow it drops back down. You want a quick return to the body, a slow drop show dehydration and a vet would give some under the skin (SubQ) fluids that help them feel alot better! No vaccines with weak or sick cats!
I find it wrong to be focused and pushing the rabies vaccination and dewormer with a cat who has stopped eating for four days! I would’ve said a loud NO to both. We see a holistic vet and even she has taught us about sick or weak kitties never getting vaxxed. This shows how some vets are simply incompetent and not thinking about the immune system of the cat, they make a nice profit from the vaccines they push, and all medications too. I would never go back there, find a holistic vet in your area. They are everywhere in the country, and more pet parents are choosing this specialty because they focus on the ‘cause’ not just treating the ‘symptoms’ I always say these vets ‘have more tools in the their toolbox’ and can help them heal naturally with help. Good luck, and make sure Tomato is seen asap. A holistic vet can also give a simple rabies detox of a pinch of teeny pellets in their mouth that will protect him from reactions and the negative effects that get stored inside their organs for their lifetime. Please keep us updated. 🌺
Women in my family get this too, we figured out it’s the plastic liner from the pads. Buy a better brand that is an organic brand like Cora or Rael. Elastic from our bras and underwear also cause these rashes under the boobs and inner thighs too. We are sensitive to latex, rubber and plastics in these items. Hope this helps you!
I had a two and a half inch cyst drained from the side of my head in line with my temple area. The dermatologist raid it is a Pilar cyst, but it didn’t have the usual sac inside that gets removed too? In my diagnosis, it’s called an Epidermal cyst, so, is it the same as a Pilar? There is still a little squishy feel to a small area, so would like to hear from others who have had a similar experience please.
The stitches were removed today, one week later, and I need to put a warm compress on it for a month until I go back for another recheck.
I had lived with a two inch long Pilar cyst for three years, and just had it drained and stitched closed yesterday by a dermatologist. I have been reading about them, and it seems common for them to have a sac inside that gets removed. I asked him about mine, and he said there was no sac, and the fluid was a yellow colored type. He said it’s not as common, but?
Does this mean anything as the type of Pilar cyst? Are there fluid filled ones like mine?
