One of the best!
I have tried just about every high quality incontinent brief available and these are one of my favorites. However, like some have mentioned in previous comments, these are indeed very thick. When they absorb liquid, they do swell considerably so I recommend these only be worn around the house, long car rides, or at bedtime because they are not discreet under clothes, or even baggy clothes. You will likely be noticed if walking around in public. That is the only downside if you are wanting something to wear discreetly in public. Wearing a thinner, high quality brief is recommended for casual public outings.The positive side of this product is that they are extremely comfortable. They fit very well and you won’t have to worry about leaks if properly fitted. These are a superior brief and do last for many many hours. They absorb very well, keep you dry, and the tapes are very strong. I have very mild bowel incontinence and a overactive bladder that I cannot control due to a spinal injury in my youth. I drive a lot for work, and finding an accessible restroom quick enough isn’t always easy! These allow me to be worry free from any embarrassing accidents I might have without proper protection. Also, I like to stay clean and these definitely help with odor until I can change. Although these are expensive, they are worth the money and you absolutely do get what you pay for. It is wonderful knowing there is a product such as these available.

Best ABDL Diaper on the market
The Carousel v2 is my personal favorite brief and I have been using it consistently for 4 years. Previously I noted an issue with the landing zone not adhering to the front of the diaper but this no longer seems to be an issue. As for the diaper itself they absorb a ton while being able to hold together for a long time compared to other top performing brands, which I found tend to "clump" and shift easily. Others say that the price is high while I believe its definitely reasonable as these diapers are very premium!

I love this product as a matter of fact this could be the best diaper ever made I like it simple and I like it’s almost all white but it’s not all white to where you feel like you’re in a hospital or something like that it’s great for incontinence because I have a neurogenic bladder and I need some things that are pretty absorbent and I love the fact they’re plastic the cloth ones or the cloth back style they’re junk the tabs tear off they can just get rid of the cloth back ones I wouldn’t care but these are gold one thing I wish was the price was a little cheaper it’s not really an incontinence product a lot of people can afford or get a hold of because of the price if you made them a little cheaper say $30 a pack instead of $40 a pack then people could start to get a hold of these more easier

Super Comfortable and Absorbent!
I bought these to try for a long road trip. Normally, I wear Abena M4s or Northshore Supremes diapers during the day and Northshore Mega Max diapers at night for total bladder incontinence and occasional bowel accidents. I wanted a diaper with more padding between the legs and in the rear for better urine absorption and possible bowel containment when driving for long periods. I wanted to be able to drive 12 hours without needing a diaper change, rest stops aren't very private and fast food and gas station bathrooms aren't always clean or open.I was concerned about sizing when I bought these since I've never worn them before and adult diaper fit is so variable. I bought the mediums and they fit great, about the same as medium Abena M4s, larger than Northsore Supreme medium and smaller than Mega Max mediums (They run big). The plastic is soft and a bit crinkly when walking, but I don't think anyone else can hear the sound. The lining is very soft, these are the softest diapers I have ever worn. The leg gathers, very tall leakguards and elastic waistbands keep everything safely contained inside the diaper. The padding is extra wide between the legs and thicker towards the back. When taped on, the padding folds rather than bunches and creates a deep pocket in the seat to contain even large bowel movements. I needed to use them for this purpose on one occasion and they had no problems keeping everything inside. The tapes are strong and easy to untape when it's time for a change. I can say from firsthand experience that they will last a full 12 hours with ease, even though I was constantly drinking Super Big Gulps. They do sag between the legs when very full, but were still comfortable to walk in and did not chafe or irritate my skin. The odor control was excellent considering I used them for 12 hours, there was only a urine smell the last hour I wore them. When I removed it, the surface of the diaper and my skin were both completely dry, no leaks at all. As an aside, I did buy larger elastic waist jeans to wear with these, they would not have fit under my regular jeans once full. Honestly, these were the most comfortable and best performing diapers I've ever used, and Ive used alot. If they weren't $4.50 each, I'd use them more often. For now, I will always have a pack on hand to wear for long road trips or plane flights. I highly recommend them!Update: I just tried size small and they fit me like a glove! So soft inside and so absorbent. A very comfortable diaper! The new colors are great, so far Ive tried green and purple. I'm going to try blue next. If you need the most absorbent, most plush and comfy adult diaper around, give these a try.

Good quality diaper
I was actually pleasantly surprised. These are thick and fluffy with a moderate sap content. I noticed that if you go to the ABDL Shop store, the only two brands they seem to sell are these and Trest. They are very similar. I think the only real difference is the Trest have a higher polymer content (sap) and don't have the prints. The carousels are more reasonably priced since they don't advertise a ridiculous 9500ml. It's not very realistic that anyone would be walking around with over 20lbs of pee! Anyway, given the carousels fluffy comfort, reasonable price, and more than adequate capacity, I would recommend them.

I've had a diaper fetish since I was a kid after finding leftover Pampers (back in 1976), so I LOVE soft thick plastic backed diapers! I was in my 20s when I broke my spine and ended up completely incontinent, so now I wear them for my love AND need.Being an adult diaper user for 30+ years, I've tried so many types. These diapers are fantastic! Getting the negatives out of the way first, my only complaint is the price is very expensive, I wish they would offer a better discount for multiple package purchases like other companies do. The other is they are a little thinner than others that I like to use, but they are still substantial. Those that prefer something discreet might benefit from this aspect because the thinner padding probably is easier to conceal under clothing.Now for the positives:These XLs have a very nice fit with my body. I'm 6 feet and 200 lbs, carrying some chub around my abdominal area. I love the sensation of being completely wrapped up in a diaper, and the XLs are big enough to nicely fit around me with plenty of material to spare as far as fastening tapes too.On the topic of fit, the diapers have a nice high rise to them, which I really enjoy. For those that want to wear it a little lower, simply fold down the top edge after taping. I really hope that this company keeps these diapers with a nice high-rise to them.The inside lining of the diaper is incredibly soft. The texture is super comfortable, and for those that enjoy to use these for that sexy form of satisfaction, the lining of these diapers will get you there :-)Like I said before, the padding is on the thinner side however it is nicely fluffed. Some other diapers and he used felt very stiff even after trying to fluff the material. The Carousel padding is fluffy and flexible right out of the package. Also, it has a pretty good strength to it. By that I mean if you were enjoying them a certain way, padding seems to hold up nicely to him any kind of friction going on. Other diapers I've used have padding that separates quickly and lumps up in other areas. The Carousels hold together nicely!The inside of the diaper alters standing leak guards. Functionally of course that's helpful if stall migrated to the side, or the diaper wasn't feeling well and liquid was dripping. I always think the guards look cool and make me feel extra protected!The plastic backing has a wonderfully soft texture. They are not diamond embossed like the old Pampers were, and I don't know of any adult diaper manufacturer doing that type of texture, but the softness of this plastic is right up there with it! Very pleasurable to touch!The tapes hold well. I like to fasten my tapes snug, and many other high-end diapers eventually have the tapes pop off. Due to the glue, or sometimes the tape actually rips out of the diaper that it was anchored within. Unfortunately I always have to use extra tape to make them last for the day. With the Carousels I haven't had to use any extra tape yet, I love that!The diapers have a very cute appearance to them. The majority of it is solid white, and has very nice accents on the sides of the front panels that are baby blue and pastel pink. There is print on the plastic landing zone that is the same color scheme and it looks like a cute merry-go-round carousel! Along the bottom edge in small lettering is the acronym ABDL. Personally I would not have chosen to have ABDL as a design accent, I think the coloring and carousel artwork speaks to that aspect of what these are well enough!So I would definitely recommend buying a bag and enjoying them yourself!

Ticks off all the boxes for a great diaper
For myself, having a 33” waist, I find the medium is a snug fit, and the large also works when I want to use a booster and have the waistband above my navel, giving more of a swaddled feeling. I love the soft pastel print, which is not overstated, so it looks like you are wearing a white disposable. Outer plastic is soft, with a moderate crinkle, and the lining is very soft and comfy, with an advertised 4500-5000ml capacity, so you can keep it on for several hours between changes. Tapes are great, and can be re-applied without issue.
