Under independent bottler brand, BIRA! We bottle
traditional sugarcane spirits for limited small-batch
release within private liquor stores with distribution
licenses in British Columbia and Alberta.
We source this rum from unique distilleries around
the world. Our first expression was from Fiji, next
two expression were from South Africa. Since the
batches are limited release and never to be
repeated. Our next releases in fall 2024 will be from
Venezuela and Guadeloupe.

Bedford Park is an independent bottler of fine
whiskies and rums, collaborating with distilleries to
bottle unique and limited-edition spirits. They focus
on single malt Scotch whiskies and Jamaican rums,
among others. Their releases are often cask strength
and non-chill filtered, with a focus on highlighting
the character of the spirit and the influence of the
cask.
