I am not faking my inability to hydrate, feed myself, take care of myself, manage my personal hygiene, go out into the community, understand things, make decisions, be safe, and regulate myself because I have autism and intellectual disability. I do not have a choice to be who I am. I have always been this way.

When the cops refuse to 302 me when I refuse shelter or send home a caregiver and refuse to go to the hospital because I don't want to be in a hospital. They are violating my human rights to safety, medical care, and personal care and basic needs.
Same for crisis service.
I can choose to go to a hospital volunteer. But if I refuse. I have to be taken without a choice.
Lastly, I want to add something else. I am not schizoefictive or mentally ill. I have no personality disorder. I have child records to support this.
