We're So Sorry...

KamTape was down today for approximately an hour. This was because a rogue moderator possibly was hacked and attempted to take control over the website. This included them attempting to terminate a decent portion of the userbase.

Luckily, we are happy to say that we got the issue under control quite quickly and everything has been restored back to normal. The moderator in question has also had his powers revoked. No breach has happened and all of the data is safe and has not been accessed.

Due to concerns about its quality of life, Owler may be down for a little while more. We will update you on its status later on in the week (or month).

UPDATE 12:58: We are now 99.9% sure who the culprit is. It is safe to say we were not hacked and it was most likely indeed simply a moderator going rogue. We will take actions to prevent this from happening again.
