I wish someone would’ve told me growing up literally is the worst thing you could do. You go from seeing the world so bright and you’re so full of joy. You grow up and literally get knocked on your ass with reality. Life is not what you think and everyday will be a challenge.
I honestly hate that I still think of you and all the time I wasted on you and you never cared about me ...
It’s not something you can fully understand. Humans have to constantly work on their selfs without even truly how to. Mental illness is a true illness. I hope more people understand that. I hope my words help more people & help people understand it. These all are my own words.
Why bully someone because there different? Would you you still bully someone if they were the same? No because that's like bullying yourself

It’s truly sad how someone can feel so alone in the world like they truly have nobody and they go through life alone but yet there’s over 7.442 billion people walking the earth but that thought and feeling never seems to fade. You walk the earth with that feeling.
It sucks when you need to let go but you can't because you're waiting for the impossible to happen ....
I would love to see more people go out and spread some joy. If it’s just a simple compliment you never know who is struggling behind that fake smile and you could turn it into a real one.

Don’t get blinded by the money always choose happiness in the long hall it’ll be much more rewarding than the money ever will be. Chase your happiness not the money. Money will always be returned but your happiness won’t. I hope that helps!

Put a hand over your chest and one on your stomach and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and focus on your chest inhaling in and exhaling out. This helps me. Hope it helps!
A few days ago I had the worst Mental Break that lasted from 12:42am till 7am it was back & back crying,shaking,sitting in a curled up ball on my bed. I didn’t sleep but ever since that day. I have gotten so much done more than I’ve gotten done in a week & I couldn’t be happier.
