The Sims is a series of real-life simulation videogames and it's a sub-series of the Sim series.

The Sims era:

  • The Sims (January 12th, 2003) for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube. Console version of The Sims, is a very different game.
  • The Sims: Bustin' Out (December 2nd, 2003) for Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox, and N-Gage

An additional pack called The Sims 4: Holiday Celebration Pack was released as a free DLC on December 16th, 2014, and received updates in the holiday seasons of 2015, 2016 and 2017.
