I’m really damn proud of this book. The heart and soul that went into is real. So is the brutality that spurred it on. I need to share as therapy.
It’s hard to share thing that happened to you. Things that make you feel shame or that you did something wrong. It’s hard to think about this shit.
But it was my therapy. Please encourage people to give it a chance. Colleges, libraries, indie book stores. I want this shit out in the world
Please write a prisoner going through the same shit that will never be heard.
Towards Liberation
@pmpress
This is 4 officers have my face and body pressed against the wall while the 4point bed got made.
They are stripping me by force. Using metal sheets for my pants and metal hooks for my shirts. Handcuffed behind your back, slammed against a wall, you cannot do anything but allow these perverts to do this.
This is why I wrote the book. Because people don’t believe that this happens. It isn’t about me, it isn’t about pity. It’s about understanding why I have fire to the prisons tattooed on my body and abolition is the only thing I talk about.
Abuse in prison is real. There is no “don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time” bullshit. This is torture and abuse.
Please write someone in prison who has to experience this shit. Someone who cannot do other but hold onto their ethics and mental strength to get through hell.
Towards Liberation!
I think about this Eric a lot. How shaken he was after years and years of intense battles. How god damn tired I was all the time; mentally and physically.
He didn’t know what 7 years of segregation would do to his body and brain. He didn’t realize what deep internal trauma was. He didn’t know how his family would handle him or if his comrades would stick around.
Prison is scary for a lot of reasons. It’s scary that your brain tells you battling cops is the best dopamine you can get. It’s scary that your fight or flight is ALWAYS on guard 24/7.
It’s scary how accustomed to violence towards myself and others I became. I resisted. I am proud of that resistance. There were more wars inside than anyone would believe. But there were consequences also.
I am still hurting and still healing. Still fighting to shake the chains off. So thank you to all the friends and comrades who have helped me with that battle. The battle to be ERIC. Imagine if I didn’t have my family or friends, sesh. Imagine if @pmpress didn’t let me write a therapy book to let go of the hurt inside.
Please remember all the things a prisoner getting out can’t tell you, cause it’s buried. Be patient and loving and HONEST. It’s a gift
Love and respect to everyone who cares about those inside and does something about it. It’s never too late to start

Tomorrow is Bobby Sands day. The day he sacrificed his life for a socialist United Ireland.
He wasn’t alone. He wasn’t the first Irish Republican to die, and he wasn’t alone in this strike. He had just watched a strike that went to the point of death before being called off at the last second.
Bobby saw that and still marched forward. His dedication to free United Ireland was stronger than anything the British could do to him.
A lot of “Irish Americans” do a horrible disservice to everyone who has fought for liberation, those who not for racism or xenophobia or colonialism. I’m not an expert, but I know this one.
I feel this a good day to meditate on tactics. Learning from the Irish in the north who faced internment, deep repression, family abuse and tyranny, as well as massive imprisonment and torture.
What can we learn? What can we learn about what we are willing to do, what small or large victories can we claim and how. When Trump sends those masked fascist and start filling those warehouses, how will we handle it together? We can learn from all of them.
Love and respect to Bobby and all those who fight for liberation and taught us what it means to love enough to fight.
“Our vengeance will be the laughter of our children”
Tiocfaidh Ar’ La’
Please write someone who fought desperately and is facing the states repression for it. Let’s honor Bobby and all the others

Nothing going on, just wanted to post pics of my wife from my fav day ever. Just remembering how great freedom is, in all its different forms. Finding joy daily is a victory I savor.
Please pass a love of life on to those insider
My Wife is amazing
Towards Liberation
Friends, been waiting on this day. Huge day
After 2 years and 4 months of piss test, house visits, restricted travel, phone monitoring (off and on) and most importantly the constant fear of being thrown back inside at the whim of someone else…
I’m off of Probation!! We did it!!
Missouri signed off, Denver signed off, I am officially free. An entire new Free Anniversary. Yesterday my family mourned my lost brother, today we celebrated my lost chains.
All solidarity to those still inside, and those still on probation who face those constant stresses..but for today at least, I breath my first truly free breath in 12 years.
Please write someone inside or please offer support to someone still on papers. We can win.
We did it! Towards Liberation!
Thank you so much to everyone who showed up for our letter writing and teach in for the Prairieland defendants 🖤
Thanks especially to @ierg4pe, @urgepalette, @pain.sugar.gallery, and @supportericking, who called in to speak with us about his experiences in Federal prison and offer context and hope 🖤
The cases are scary but they should serve as a reminder to be brave in the face of worsening crackdowns and political representation.
Follow @dfwsupportcommittee and @free.des.revol to keep up to date for ways to support and show solidarity 🖤
22 times, I was transferred 22 times in 10 years. Jackson County-CCA Leavenworth-Grady County-Englewood FCI-Florence FCI-Florence USP-USP Leavenworth-OKC FTC-USP MCCREARY-OKC FTC-Atlanta FTC-USP Lee-Atlanta FTC-Grady County-FDC Englewood-OKC FTC-Atlanta FTC-USP Lee-Atlanta FTC-Grady County-ADX-USP Florence-Home
This is called Diesel Therapy. Intentionally done to disorient people, separate them from support, put them in awkward or scary situations
Transferring in federal prison, or prison in general, is a normal but VERY shitty situation. Most of the time it’s a typical exhausting and stressful situation,
Not something to panic over but just another of the regular shitty experiences we all have to go through.
When someone is transferred it’s important to keep eyes on them, to be there for when they land. Every transfer isn’t a 5 star alarm, but they all need to be paid attention to in case they turn into that.
It fucking sucks.
Please keep your eyes open for transfers. If someone needs help, let’s be there. But remember thousands are going through this everyday. Politicals are special when it comes to this bullshit. Abolition for all,
Even the shitty ones.
Towards Liberation!
Canteen in prison is a serious lifeline. It isn’t someone being spoiled or greedy. EVERYTHING cost money; medicine, hygiene, clothes, food, and coffee.
In ADX there is no way to make money. You are totally reliant on any possible friends and family. That means every little comfort is uncertain.
At other prisons where people are allowed to work, the way is so shit and the prices so much that 15$/month in the BOP can buy a couple phone calls, a bag of coffee and maybe deodorant.
Every little penny helps those inside. Whether 1 dollar or 50 it can make someone’s life so much better.
Please donate to prisoners canteen. We can make lives so much better and if a lot of us give a little, that adds up to a ton.
Thanks to all that care.

💚🪶🐢 UPDATE: We have secured an attorney to represent Turtle in his fight for justice! ✊🏽 So far we have raised $3k and need to raise at LEAST $6k for the remainder of the attorney retainer fee alone ($9k total).
Turtle’s next court appearance is April 27th at 1pm in Flagstaff, AZ. We are calling on his community to support in person! More info TBA.
Please continue to share, follow, donate and write to our beloved relative!

@crimethincredux: “The Prairieland case is intended to lay the groundwork to criminalize opposing fascism in and of itself. But the outcome of the first trial should not intimidate us out of organizing and taking action; rather, it shows how high the stakes are.
Looking at similar cases such as the ‘Network’ case in Russia, we can see the model that far-right elements of the US government aim to import to the US. The playbook is to fabricate an association, then pressure defendants to plead guilty. In Russia, they did this with cattle prods; in the Prairieland case, they are seeking to accomplish the same thing via solitary confinement and other less direct means of torture.”
Stay tuned for more on the Prairieland 9 — and Trump’s plan to leverage their conviction to stamp out all dissent — based on my conversation with the @dfwsupportcommittee
And the prisons. And the courts. And the rest of the fascist scum.
Anarchy Always
Write out people inside, love them and fight for them. If ICE exist, prisons have to exist, we have to extinguish both.
Towards Liberation!
Anarchist Prison Support doesn’t stop at our doorsteps. There are amazing people who are facing actual intense restrictions and repression for their beliefs and what they have stood for.
Alfredo is immense. All prisoners deserve love and support and right now I’m choosing to honor this one. Someone who dedicated his life and freedom not to a reactive moment but to a cause, an idea.
They are at the Italian version of ADX, their most restrictive joint. I hope we can build support and love and awareness for them. June 11 has done an amazing job and I hope we can keep the ball rolling.
Please support our man in Italy
Towards Liberation!
Please join us for our monthly prisoner letter writing event on April 13th at 6pm, at Washington Street Community Center (809 S Washington Street, Denver)! Snacks and stationary will be provided. Hope to see you there!
Prison support isn’t a one way road. You can develop relationships stronger than any you could ever imagine. You can maintain friendships that are rewarding beyond words.
Prison support isn’t a charity. It isn’t a job or a chore. It is an act of love and decency and in the radical circles should be a consistent priority.
These pictures are all 8-10 years old. They are of me with people who stuck with me. There are no telling the types of friends and relationships that can develop with vulnerability and openness are present.
I encourage everyone to write someone inside. Every relationship starts with a letter. Every year starts with a day, and together we can survive and make it through one day. And then the next. We have what it takes
Love and respect to the prison supporters who give it their whole heart

Forgive my “look how great some things are!!” Post, but god damn I love NorCal
Bucket list item:: redwood Forrest. Can’t believe they are real and cannot believe some idiot pieces of shit chop them down for tables and lumber.
Ocean, waves, ruining fancy shoes in the tide. Spending time with essentially every sac friend I have and meeting new ones, absolutely perfect
Big crowds at CSU-Chico, Bound together Books in SF, and largest ever in Sac. Felt loved, seen, and hopefully moved some folks to write our people inside and develop relationships that can push us all forward.
10/10 trip. Couldn’t have gone better
Please carry that with you and support someone inside, or many people, all the people.

FREE THE PRAIRIELAND DEFENDANTS!
On April 7th at 6pm, please join us for a teach in update and letter writing on the Prairieland cases in Texas with @ierg4pe at @pain.sugar.gallery in Riverside!
The federal verdicts are devastating, but the fight is far from over. The federal case was riddled with judicial problems, bad evidence, and wildly differing testimonies, the state cases have not begun yet, and 14 brave people are still battling these charges. Nothing is over while they remain caged. Join us to learn more about what happened, what hasn't happened yet, what this means, what it doesn't mean yet, and how YOU can help as this fight continues!
Please follow @dfwsupportcommittee , @free.des.revol and @fireantmovementdefense for ways to participate in the political defense of these defendants for the long haul.
Snacks, drinks, zines and letter writing materials will be provided. Special guest speaker @supportericking will be calling in to explain how federal sentencing works, the realities of federal prison, and to answer questions about resisting repression from behind bars.
Solidarity forever 🖤
@supportericking details his nearly 3 years inside ADX Supermax, a federal prison in Florence, Colorado.

I’m not good at theory. But others are.
Nothing big or splashy. Not a post for like-thirsting..but Lorenzo is spot on and I lean on people like him to help guide learning and thought processing. This is how we grow (or don’t)
Lorenzo is an ex-political prisoner, Anarchist, and all around amazing human. Please support current political prisoners, anarchist and all around amazing humans

Chico! Join us in conversation with ex-political prisoner Eric King on Wedndsday, March 25th at 6pm at Selvester’s Cafe!
Eric King is the author of the critically-acclaimed book A Clean Hell: Anarchy and Abolition in America’s Most Notorious Dungeon, a firsthand account from inside the most repressive prison in the United States, federal supermax ADX Florence. Eric was released in late 2023, after serving a nearly ten year long sentence for an act of protest over the police murder of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
With political repression on the rise in the US, as far-right governments target organizers and protestors who speak out against racist and fascist policies, this conversation with Eric King is more relevant than ever– how can movements support activists who are targeted for prosecution and prison? How can we create inside/outside movements of solidarity and community?
This event is free and open to the community. Please contact NorCal Resist at norcalresist@gmail.com for interview inquiries or more information.
💚🪶🐢 Lytle (Turtle), our beloved neurodivergent Diné relative, was brutally arrested by Flagstaff PD on Feb 13th, 2026. Turtle was profiled and brutalized by police and is now facing unfair and inflated felony charges.
He is in dire need of financial, legal, and medical support.
He is an artist, sheepherder, water/land protector, and uncle to many children who love and miss him, he is needed back in his community.
Support him by donating to his legal fund, writing to him, and contributing to his commissary.
Additionally, we are looking for legal representation in Arizona that can provide support with his case.
I think it’s important that while we experience the shared grief and deep empathy for our Prairieland comrades and their families, and right now it hurts really bad, that this is not a funeral. We mourn for what they will not get to experience, but we need to remember the prison and state will not steal everything.
They’ve been robbed of free life, but not the ability to experience beautiful things and deep friendships. Our elders have shown us that deep bonds and friendships develop inside; bdays and holidays can still be celebrated, it is just different now.
Our support needs to change and adapt also. Finding ways to connect on deeper levels, help with their new hobbies or interest, developing and growing as they grow. Helping facilitate whatever they need to exist in their new world and connecting to the free world.
Every moment of joy inside is a victory over the state. Every hobby developed, every laugh. We need to honor their lives. They will experience love and happiness. It won’t be the same or what people hoped and envisioned, but it’s equally valid.
I am blown away by the courage and dignity our comrades showed, and I am blown away by the vulnerability and openness of their family and supporters. I honor them by honoring where they are at now.
Love and respect to all those who will be in it for the long haul, who will not fade away. Please support our comrades.

4 years ago, while being held in the SHU for the previous 4.5 years, I took my assault case to trial. I had been attacked by a Lieutenant, fought back and been charged with assaulting a federal agent and causing serious bodily injury. The judge signed the acquittal form the Monday after the weekend.
I went to trial, testified on my behalf, explained to a jury that prisoners hated guards for a reason, that it based in a brutal reality of repression.
Ten minutes before going home for the weekend, after asking two questions, the jury came back and returned a not guilty verdict. I would’ve had twenty more years In prison. I wept. I couldn’t believe it. It still feels surreal.
My whole heart goes out to all of those less than 2% of federal cases that go to trial. That chose to take on the system instead of bending to its intimidation and threats. It’s hard and scary. I honor our Praireland comrades for knowing they were right and having the courage to go to trial in Texas of all places.
The verdict may not always go our way, but when you go to trial you are never beaten. Fighting tooth and nail for freedom doesn’t have a Loss, just an outcome that isn’t in our favor.
Love and respect to everyone who came out and out to the trial and showed me support, love and respect to everyone who listened in or followed the @unicorn.riot coverage. Love and Respect to all of those who did the same for our Texas homies.
Trial is hard, exhausting, the conditions are intentional to break us. When we don’t break, we always win.
Please support those who risked it all.
Towards Liberation!
(ALSO would’ve been my dad’s 72 bday today. Mixed feelings. RIP)
