Yilan Last edited 17 d今日晚餐:香煎洋蔥地瓜肉餅,蒜炒小松菜苗,綠竹筍湯,糙米飯。佐餐飲是冰鎮洛神天竺葵香葉萬壽菊茶。餐後甜點是蘋果切盤。→ 收到兩大盒高雄「地瓜田」的烤地瓜,下午嚐了一枚,軟柔甜蜜很好吃,遂心血來潮決定晚餐來做地瓜肉餅。因地瓜本身已夠出色,配方盡量從簡:地瓜去皮拓泥,拌入剁碎的豬絞肉和洋蔥,並以醬油和一點白胡椒粉調味,小心揉塑成餅、鍋裡兩面小火慢煎成金酥,淋一點醬油和水稍煮入味,即成。食來肉香地瓜綿馥洋蔥甜脆,好美味!
