I don’t have a set deadline for auditions, since I’m not sure how many auditions I’ll get or how soon they’ll cone in. Also, this is currently an unpaid project. I’ve tried coming up with ways to gather the fund, but I don’t think I can do it for the pilot. The full series will be different, God willing.

bio-essentialism was bad when it said that autism is an inherently masculine condition and it’s still bad when people act like male autism vs. female autism is a strict binary rooted in how women are naturally better at having cutesy autism or whatever
My autism was only diagnosed as early as it was because it presented pretty much exactly how it’s expected to in boys that makes it easier for professionals to diagnose them. Years later I was reading about how it usually presents in girls and why it’s missed, and it could not be further from my experience without being something other than autism.
If there were such a thing, I would have “boy autism.” But there’s not. It’s just autism.
