Northland internet provider Uber Group has launched High Court proceedings against rideshare company Uber Technologies and local telco One New Zealand.The legal move comes a week after the mobile ridesharing app officially launched in Whangārei.Proceedings in the High Court at Auckland are in very early stages, but Uber Group chief operating officer Pauline Rose confirmed the company was seeking an urgent hearing.
