I swim in the sea all summer, and I run during the rest of the year
Recently started skateboarding, its pretty fun and definitely increases ankle strength and balance, both of which I was lacking in before
181cm, 85kg, I'm kinda overweight rn but I'm going to eat less and drop down to 80kg over the summer.

>>3331403I like cycling too, but its a lot less flexible, I live in a city. With a skateboard you can hop on a bus if you get tired or if it starts pouring. I'm nowhere near going into a skate park, its very difficult to do that sort of stuff. Swimming in the sea is great, I love the mediterranean. There is nothing better than swimming a km or two out, away from all the retarded cacas screaming at the beach, and enjoying the sun in the middle of the sea. Definitely do it if you have the chance.
>>3331411 Very impressive distances, I think the most I've ever ran is like 15km maybe. I normally stick to around 5km, I can do it in just over 30 minutes. I know its pathetically slow, but I don't think my endurance is too great and its still something.

Exercise is important too, but more for improving your body. You won't lose notable weight with just exercise, but building muscles, flexibility, muscle memory is all still very important for overall health

according to Dr. Soyberg its due to sun exposure and loss of facial fat
Put suncream or wear a hat o algo if theres full sun, and most people could benefit from losing some facial fat anyway
also when it starts having an impact at the age of 50, your sexual years should have been behind you
Found some rando sites saying its fake but idk
