As the city grew, and the demands to the Civil Defence increased, a decition were made to expand the existing bunker and in 1971 the bunker got enlarged with extra 7 rooms. Inside the bunker in one end is a large room that used to be the bed section, in the opposite end you find the operating theatre, still with the original paint and tiles on the floor and walls. In recent times the bunker have been used by the Home Guard, and a local roleplay society.
