As a result of rationalization the factory got shut down approx 5 years ago, and the factory has lay empty since then. The farm was uninhabited, as in '13 fire broke out in it. Rumors go in the local area that the farm has been used by 'unknown' as a hiding/storage for stole goods. 'According to the neighbors, a fire arose in the same home a year earlier. police received ongoing reports of vans that drove to and from the location at off-peak times, and about lights that were first switched on when they reached well past the site. Activity were reported to have happened as late as the night before the fire'
