Anti-Natalism is a crude parody of Gold Dry Bowser, the character used as the profile picture for Danny Jarquin's abandoned alternate account by the title of "Anti-Grounding Countries".
Stawp Wridere is the Grounding Countries Mix equivalent of Fuckles, because no character with a page on the Sonic Oddities Wiki will ever be safe from being GC Mixed.

Anti-Natalism is an edit of an edit, more specifically of a fanmade Dry Giga Bowser, and not even a good one either. You may associate it with earlier episodes of "Dark Dry Giga Bowser Gets Grounded" prior to getting replaced by an actual 3D model render instead of a shoddily edited Dry Bowser render.
Anyways, they took that same render, pissed on it, and then edited the head to look similar to that of the head of Bowser as he appears in the SMB1 section of Super Mario All-Stars.
