Best in Slot Gear for Feral Druid DPS in Pre-Raid

Feral Druid DPS secondary stats are almost all identical in value and your main goal in gearing as Feral Druid DPS is to get as much Agility as possible, meaning item level is king. The list below is the priority in full BiS, Expertise/Critical Strike/Mastery all jump up and down in value depending on what you have on your gear already, but are always almost identical. Haste is the only secondary stat that is consistently the worst, but that is assuming a perfect rotation where you fill a lot of your time waiting for Energy by "weaving".

1. Agility - You want as much Agility as possible. Look to fill any gem slot with Delicate Queen's Garnet the only exception being if an equal amount of Agility is gained by matching a socket or if the gain in secondary stats is 3× more than the loss in Agility.
2. Hit - Hit Rating until the cap of 8% will always be the best secondary stat for Feral Druid DPS
3. Expertise - Expertise Rating until the soft-cap of 6.5% is not going to be a problem in Dragon Soul due to a lot of Expertise Rating on gear, it is likely you will be worried about getting too much Expertise.
4. Critical Strike - Critical Strike Rating is your strongest secondary stat that can not reach a cap, making it the stat that you ideally would want on every piece of gear.
5. Mastery - Mastery Rating is very similar to Critical Strike Rating, but in full BiS setup, it falls just behind. Another important factor for Mastery is that it does not scale with Swipe, meaning that it loses a lot of value on big AOE, but on the other hand, it scales well with cleave through multi-dotting your bleeds.
6. Haste - Haste Rating falls behind for Feral Druid DPS compared to other secondary stats, due to being able to fill your globals through "weaving". However, if you decide not to weave, Haste becomes on par with Critical Strike and Mastery, where it depends on your current gear setup which is better, but they're all almost identical.

Note about gems: Through Dragon Soul players will get access to the new Epic gems like Delicate Queen's Garnet, and since these are better than the Rare counterpart, Delicate Inferno Ruby, they will be used in this list. However the Epic gems will likely be expensive, so do not worry about saving some gold by using the old Rare ones like Delicate Inferno Ruby.

Valor Points for Feral Druid DPS Phase 4 Pre-Raid

For this Phase there is no longer any Tier available for Valor Points, making how you want to spend them less streamlined. The list below is based on having infinite Valor Points available to you and access to all Twilight Protocol gear, use the tool WoWSims to figure out what pieces will be better for your current gear!
The general rule is the higher the Agility gain for the slot, the higher priority (without losing any set-bonuses of course).

Keep in mind Rooftop Griptoes and Bracers of Manifold Pockets are "Binds on Equip" and can be bought on an alt or the Auction House.

Nocturnal Gaze is the Pre-Raid Best in Slot Helm for Feral Druid DPS and the best off-piece you can get, if you gain a set bonus from wearing Deep Earth Headpiece it will pull ahead.

Recommended BiS Helm Enchant: Arcanum of the Ramkahen, requires Revered reputation with Ramkahen.

Shoulders for Feral Druid DPS

Deep Earth Spaulders will be the best available Shoulders Pre-Raid for Feral Druid DPS even if you do not get a set bonus.

Recommended BiS Shoulder Enchant: Greater Inscription of Shattered Crystal, requires Exalted reputation with Therazane.

Back for Feral Druid DPS

Batwing Cloak is the best Cloak available Pre-Raid and only slightly worse than Dreadfire Drape which is the Best in Slot Cloak for this phase.

Recommended BiS Cloak Enchant: Enchant Cloak - Greater Critical Strike is slightly better than Enchant Cloak - Major Agility, difference is very minor.

Chest for Feral Druid DPS

Deep Earth Raiment is going to be the Best in Slot Chest for Feral Druid DPS due to the set bonus, if you do not get a set bonus from wearing it, Shadowbinder Chestguard will be the best option for this slot.

Bladeshadow Wristguards will be the Pre-Raid Best in Slot Bracers for Feral Druid DPS.

Deep Earth Grips is going to be the Best in Slot Gloves for Feral Druid DPS due to the set bonus, if you do not get a set bonus from wearing it, Lightfinger Handwraps will be the best option for this slot.

Recommended BiS Glove Enchant: Enchant Gloves - Greater Mastery is taken over Enchant Gloves - Major Agility as it provides significantly more total stats. However, the difference in damage output is very minimal due to how strong Agility is.

Cameo of Terrible Memories will be the best Pre-Raid Neck for Feral Druid DPS, and is practically just as good as the Best in Slot for this phase, Choker of the Vanquished Lord.

Rings for Feral Druid DPS

Emergency Descent Loop and Seal of Primordial Shadow will be the two Pre-Raid Best in Slot Rings for this phase. Signet of Grasping Mouths is only slightly worse than Seal of Primordial Shadow but Emergency Descent Loop is quite a lot better.

Wrath of Unchaining and Vial of Shadows are by far your best Trinkets Pre-Raid, and the only Trinkets that will be better than these are higher item-level versions of these Trinkets!
