srcds.exe - Entry Point Not Found
Long story short, I've been not hosting games for a while, and finally got a new server. I kinda just dragged and dropped my old server files onto the new server, and then updated all of the games via +app_update validate

CSS worked perfectly fine, although now there is bots, which I had disabled before.

GMod is giving me a weird error:

The procedure entry point ?WaitForCreateComplete@CThread@@MAE_NPAVCThreadEvent@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\dedicated servers\steamcmd\gmod\garrysmod\bin\server.dll

I am running Server 2012 Standard R2
I'm starting the server by running;
"C:\Dedicated Servers\SteamCMD\gmod\srcds.exe" -console -game garrysmod -gamemode terrortown +map cs_office.bsp +maxplayers 8

If there is anything else you need to know, I'll tell it, just that I have absolutely no idea what to do :c

I found it only does it if I have CSS in the same folder.
It doesn't happen otherwise...

I don't believe so? I'm guessing you're running into the same error?

I think I ended up trying to make the server up again from scratch (redownloading Gmod and CSS) and then going again.

Yeah, I did that too and it seems to work now. Actually so confused why it did this. xD

Restart from scratch unfortuantely.. That's the only way other's have fixed it.

Dead post, but if you direct to your garrysmod bin folder and delete the server.dll and validate 2040 through steam CMD then it will work. :)
