Frankie Fey, formerly known as Skumbagovich,[1] is a Slavic American[2] commentary Youtuber and artist.[2] She discusses about Art Culture on the internet.

Frankie created her channel on March 1, 2017, under the name of Skumbagovich.[3] She uploaded her first video on July 30, 2020 called "OPERATOR | THESIS ANIMATION"[4]. She uploaded her most popular video on February 21st, 2025 called "The Cat That Broke The Internet: Down-Bad Art History".
In March 2024, she started doing the YouTube series Bad Art History.[5] Before that, she used to post her art and animations.
